Hey there Juicy Woman,
Empowering women and kids is one of the most important things that I do. I feel, that as mothers and leaders of the community, we have a responsibility to hand down a legacy of love and strong self esteem to our children.
However, we can't teach something that we don't already own. If you're a woman who struggles with your weight, often feels intimidated by others, doesn't feel comfortable in your body and never quite feels good enough or capable enough, then your image of yourself is low. That came to you as a result of the environment in which you were raised or the circumstances you endured. That leaves a mark on you and lives in your body.
I'd like to invite you to grab a cup of cup of something yummy tasting and find out how your thoughts really do affect your body. If you haven't had any success with dieting, it's not your fault. It's a well oiled survival mechanism, a tough outer shell that you've grown from years of being told that you couldn't do things. You can turn it all around by learning some simple techniques that will help you to change your thoughts at the speed of light.
I realize that it’s been awhile on this blog since I’ve shared why I do what I do and what motivated me in the first place. Over the next five days, I’ll share this Free Audio that I created called Losing Weight without Dieting. It's the first of a 5 part series. Tomorrow you can log on and listen to Part #2. If you love it and you want to know more, then you may want to grab a copy of my book excerpt. Lovin' the Skin You're In: The Juicy Woman's Guide to Making Peace with Food and Friends with Your Body." It's 80 pages packed to the brim with good solid information, tips, and ideas, wrapped up in a bow just for you.
